Storia Therapy is a welcoming and supportive therapy practice for individuals navigating life’s challenges, personal growth, and healing. The name “Storia” means both “story” and “history” in Italian, reflecting our belief that therapy is a space where you can understand your past, reshape and rediscover your narratives, and build a future that feels true to you.

We work with adolescents and adults who may be experiencing anxiety, low self-confidence, life transitions, trauma, or simply seeking a space for self-reflection and growth. Whether you’re struggling with something specific or just looking for a place to process emotions, gain clarity, or build resilience, therapy offers the tools and support to help you move forward.

Do you offer online therapy?

Yes! Storia Therapy is a fully online therapy practice, offering secure, virtual sessions for adolescents and adults. Online therapy provides the same level of support, connection, and effectiveness as in-person sessions, with the added convenience of accessing therapy from anywhere—whether you're at home, traveling, or in a private space that feels comfortable for you.

I use a HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform to ensure that your sessions remain confidential and secure. All you need is a stable internet connection and a private space to begin.

How long and often are sessions?

Accepted Answer

Each individual therapy session lasts roughly 45-55 minutes. Therapy frequency depends on your needs.  Clients may attend weekly or biweekly therapy sessions, while others schedule as needed.

How much does therapy cost?

My standard therapy session rate is $150.

I am in the process of adding insurance options and will be accepting select insurance plans in the coming weeks as I complete credentialing.

If we are out-of-network with your insurance provider, I can provide a superbill for possible reimbursement, depending on your plan’s benefits.

What is your cancellation policy?

I require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or reschedules. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee

Good Faith Estimate

Under the No Surprises Act, you have the right to a Good Faith Estimate of expected costs if you’re uninsured or not using insurance for therapy.
You’ll receive an estimate before your first session.
If your bill is $400+ over the estimate, you can dispute it.
